The Innovation Department (SINOVA) of the Prorectorate for Research and Innovation (PROPESQ) carries out executive tasks related to the policies for innovation, entrepreneurship, technology transfer and intellectual property protection at UFSC. Seeking to strengthen UFSC partnerships with companies, government agencies and other civil society organizations, it creates opportunities for teaching, research and outreach activities to benefit from these interactions and contributes to the economic and social development of the country, as well as to technological development and innovation.
